1. General Declaration
By accessing or registering on the Core Knowledge (Computer Science Private Tuition Center) platform, you agree to strictly abide by all rules, regulations, and policies framed and amended from time to time by the administration.
You declare that all information provided during admission is true, complete, and correct. Any falsification of identity or academic details will result in immediate termination of services without prior notice.
2. Fee & Subscription Policies
Classroom Study: Payment of two months’ course fees is mandatory at the time of admission (One month for current, One month as advance security). From the second month onwards, regular monthly course fees must be paid on or before the 2nd day of every month without fail.
Strict No-Refund Policy: Fees once paid—whether for classroom sessions, video courses, test series, or platform access—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made for mid-term withdrawals or account suspensions due to policy violations.
3. Device Limits & Account Sharing
To ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized distribution of premium content, Core Knowledge enforces strict technological measures on account access.
Maximum Device Limit: A single student account is authorized to log in from a maximum of two (2) unique devices (tracked securely via hardware identifiers and device fingerprints).
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy
All content available on this platform, including but not limited to video lectures, test series questions, source code, and user interface designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of Abhijit Sahu and Core Knowledge.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use only. You shall not:
- Download, record (via screen recording software or hardware), or scrape video streams.
- Distribute, broadcast, or upload course materials to public forums, social media, or competitors.
- Reverse engineer platform security measures.
Any infringement of Intellectual Property rights will be pursued with maximum severity, including immediate account termination and potential civil/criminal legal action under the Copyright Act.
5. Data Privacy & Monitoring
By utilizing this platform, you explicitly consent to automated security monitoring. The system actively logs IP addresses, login timestamps, exam window focus states, and unique device identifiers to detect fraudulent activity and academic dishonesty during exams.
Core Knowledge respects your privacy and will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is collected solely for educational delivery, security enforcement, and internal analytics.
6. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
Core Knowledge shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data arising from technical interruptions, server downtimes, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of these terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Core Knowledge center is registered.
