I hereby declare that all the information provided in this admission form is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge. I agree to strictly abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies of CORE KNOWLEDGE (COMPUTER SCIENCE PRIVATE TUITION CENTER), as framed and amended from time to time.

I clearly understand and agree that payment of two months’ course fees is mandatory at the time of admission, which includes: One month’s fee for the current month, and One month’s fee as an advance security/adjustment fee, which shall be adjusted against the final month of study at the time of leaving the tuition center.

I further agree that from the second month onwards, the regular monthly course fee must be paid on or before the 2nd day of every month without fail. I acknowledge and accept that fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
